Absolutely delicious food. One of staff members is a bit rude, denied a seat if you're having a meal despite a fairly not so busy time of the restaurant. Thalis are awesome. Every non veg item you get there is utterly delicious. One less star because of the staff behaviour. Pricing is okay, not so affordable but good for the taste they provide. Definitely my go to place for Patra poda items.

Located inside a narrow lane. If coming from Jayadev vihar square,take the national highway but don't get on the over bridge in front of kalinga hostel. Take the downside road and go till CRP square. Take the left turn at CRP square and move 10 meters. Then there is a small narrow lane on the left side. Enter that lane. Also a a small alley on the right side parallel to the main road,don't go into that. That leads to showrooms. Coming from Ekamra kanan side,cross the CRP square take the road towards DAV school or if coming from khandagiri side,don't take tye over bridge after baramunda bus stand,continue on the downside road and take a right turn into DAV school road from CRP square.This place will fall on the first left hand side lane. If coming from DAV school side,this place will fall on right side lane just before CRP square. Opposite side of priyadarshini market and the lane is just next to famous anna tiffin stall. Taking about the place,although space is there but that is narrow and congested. One can't even find place to stand. Sitting tables are there but that too are in congested spaces. Even entrance, billing counter doesn't have much space. On top of that being summer time,it's famous of pakhala. So much rush. I went there at 2 PM,heavily packed. I ordered veg pakhala. Comes with some items like amba khata,badi chura,bsigan tomato chatani,saga aloo bharta and aloo bhendi bhaja. Then after sometime even though I didn't order,he gave me a plate of chatu poda packed in a leaf. This place is also famous for patra poda items both veg and non veg. The quantity of chatu poda was less that one can eat the whole thing in one go. Other items like khata,bhaja are even less,,badi chura was just powder,I could not get any taste. If you ooen your palm,kkhata,badi chura,saga and bhaja will easily come into it,so guess the quantity. Pakhaka was given with some curry leaves,grated mango ginger and dahi. Taking about taste,chatu poda was good,khata was good. Other things just okay. Nothing special of all the hype created by food vloggers and people. Price wise costly because that was Rs 150,considering the quantity. More better options available in bhubaneswar city with less price. But if you like patra poda items,give this place a try. Decent taste.

the best place for every odia food, their signature dish is pakhala and patrapoda

One of the best place to have authentic Odia cusine with. I tried Pohola Besara, Chicken & Prawn Patrapoda in Pumpkin leaves and ut was phenomenal. Definitely recommend this place.

Best lunch in the heat of Summer.Earlier the price was good but after lockdown and rate hikes a normal veg watered rice meal cost rs 150. It's a bit higher in price. No match for the hype it created.You can get better taste and food in that price range.
