Located in the South Anarkali Extension of Krishnanagar area of East Delhi, Baldev park is a rather small park and becomes over crowded very easily in the morning. There are exercise equipments where local people come to work out. I would rather advice people to choose Defence enclave park which is bigger , spacious and has more equipments. Moreover you do need more social distance which is not possible in Baldev park.
Nothing like a park but a market now. It's congested but one can find almost all the things in this market.

It's quiet calm and peaceful at the morning, surrounded by vegetable market in the evening but still bearable to visit the park at both timings whether dusk or dawn. I would give it a "just ok" tag to this place
