Hospital infrastructure is good but the must thing i want to tell you all I don't think the Doctors (in balco) have experience.
The equipments here are not so advanced.
If you do MRI/CT here it takes approximately 2 days for the report.
The staff working here receptionist,billing staff and even though the Managers of their respective departments aren't good in communication and it is the best hospital in Chattisgarh (according to manager and team). I don't think so!!
Just this Hospital is busy making money not treating the patients well.
Hospital Adminstration must have to focus on how to deal with patients train your staff instead of making money!!
All the patients here come from the remote locations all over in Chattisgarh the reception department misbehave,shout at them i have seen this and i am talking all this with a valid proof.
This is my first visit to this hospital..I showed my Tauji here and everything happened in a peaceful way Let me tell you in advance that my sister is a good doctor herself.Balco Medical Center is the nearest advanced hospital in Naya Raipur. I am retired army medical corps officer. My wife was operated for intestinal obstruction, biopsy revealed carcinoma colon at a prominent hospital at hyderabad. Our family friend advised us to go to Balco hospital for further treatment.The hospital is well maintained. The reception and treatment is fantastic. The doctor Fen Saj under Dr Bhavana Sirohi 's leadership and guidance treated my wife exceptinally well and the treatment was well responded . All the doctors and Nursing staff are cordial and well behaved. Thank you very much and wish all the staff of this hospital all the best.
Balco medical hospital is a very nice hospital, very hygiene and good for cancer treatment, Dr. Ajit Agarwal was very humble and nurse pragya maam was very kind and humble to patient overall the treatment was very nice, hygiene food. Overall the treatment and the behaviour was very good and professional.
