The Bala Peer shrine is a twin dome monument which is protected by ASI. This place looks like Makhdoom Jahaniya from its structural appearance and by having the similar domes and cupolas. The underside of the dome ceilings is embellished with floral frescoes as are the cusped arches of one. A madrassa, a building of a recent vintage, operates on the same ground. Built in 1660, it is situated to the west of Jai Chandra Fort. It is made of marble and redstone. Balapir was the son of Kasim Suleman of Chunargarh.
