They says patient if available Dr also available otherwise they will leave at 7 pm. Is it right? In profession time discipline is important. If u said 24 hours open, means dr should be there.

We went to the hospital at 7 pm and was requested to fill details and got token no.159. The token no.153 was called in at that time. I went for a normal eye checkup for the first time here. I waited for almost 2 and half hours but it only reached 156 . And suddenly the staffs came and informed that the doctor went to operation theatre to prepare for a operation next day( that's how they explained). The patients before me and myself , we all left with frustration and anger . Poor management and patients are not informed properly of anything.

Doctor seems nice and the treatment was effective. but the response of nurses is worst ever and they taking sooo much of our previous time to check even one patient .. what to say government hospital is far better

I am not even willing to give this clinic ( Balakrishna eye hospital and research center ) even a single star . This was my first time ever at that place . I had a very irritating eye due to a stye ( heat boil inside eye ) . Everyone were called out according to their token numbers . As mine was the next to be called , I was made to wait without even any excuses given from the staffs , I could see other people getting inside doctors room in the reflection of the wall tiles , as soon as that person came out . Eventually another one goes IN, I patently waited for my turn . It's already 50 mins since the token number before me left the clinic and I was wait still. And then comes the staff and calls another person sitting behind me and leaves with them . And them comes back and tells " DOCTOR HAS GONE FOR A OPERATION IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 30 MINS " . What the hell ?? I wasted 1 and half hour there and returned with anger and frustrating . Seriously learn professionalism in handling patents in a genuine way , rather than making them wait wothwit any notice try to give them the reason for which they have to wait and which is causing them to wait . WORST PLACE TO CHECK YOUR EYES BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW THE VALUE OF TIME AND EYES .

Worst hospital i ever seen...they make people to wait for long time..no time keeping and money minded ....just got irritated with their service

Patient waiting arrangements are really poor they don't follow systematic procedure for patients entry No proper guidance for the patient to move next after the other patients for consultation... Really disappointed with their services and hospitality management.

I am vasuki I come for an eye Checkup to this hospital - balakrishna eye hospital for the first time I am totally satisfied with the homely approach of the staff and the doctor also checked my eye and prescribed glasses and explained to me clearly about my problem which I was not aware of thank you doctor for great eye check up of explanation.

I am keerthana i had gone to balakrishna eye hospital about 2 month back as my mother had decreased vision in both eyes.she was advised cataract surgery by the doctor and my mother got operated there .I am very happy the way my mother was treated by tha doctor and the staff.The doctor did an excellent surgery and my mother is very happy and is able to do all her work and her vision is very good now.I recommend this hospital for cataract surgery at affordable cost.I thank the doctor and staff for the kind treatment given to my mother.THANK YOU
