Rude behavior of the staff, If we like the collection then we will take if not we won't take but their responsibility is to treat the customers in good way. Staff was literally shouting which is very bad. Also when we asked for the models in app they were not showing at all. Such was horrible experience
We bought a couple of dresses from here and gave it to alteration, they alteration was done very poorly and also seems like the piece I bought and the one that's delivered is different. Also the price of the price if very high compared to other shops around
The shop has old stock and highly priced. The quality of the fabric is very poor. Pls don't go to get cheated..there are for small shops in Ameerpet
It was a pretty great store. Reasonable kurtis and had a vast variety. The other dresses are a little costly but they're good looking.
Writing this with lot of frustion with balaji extensions, these days they are selling damaged clothes with high prices and they aren't being flexible with the exchange and how can some one exchange a dress with in two days if some one is working they need weekend to do that at least a person need some more days to exchange. Management is being very rude and careless. Doesnt respect the customer. I m not writing this review with one time experience, i m 10+ old cutomer with balaji extensions this is happening since a year. I strongly dont recommend this to anyone as its maintaining low quality, not worth for the price and being rude while exchange.
