Everything about this Banquet was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Such a gorgeous lobby. The food was very delicious and the chef pramod & chef mahesh team was very polite to us throughout our stay. The most horrible service experience I've ever had. We went there for our birthday lunch with family. It literally took us 2.5 hours to have our lunch. The service was so slow. The excuse they have given was the staff is new. How come that is the reason for slow service? There were so many people at other tables who were complaining the same. The staff is trained, right? Then why so late? Please don't go there for food. Also, food is very average considering this is a high-end hotel.
The experience was amazing here. It was the first time here and the food here was amazing the rooms were good and spacious the housekeeping Devgana was really good she always provided stuff that we needed within 2 minutes and the facilities here all are really good too. A must stay place. Definitely going to visit again.
