I recently visited Balaji Restaurant in Bandra West. The food quality was mediocre, suitable for a quick meal while passing by. The taste didn't stand out and seemed just okay, especially if you're starving. However, the staff's behavior was disappointing. They displayed arrogance, even requesting that we take our coffee in a paper cup and vacate the table for waiting customers. While understanding their need for space, it was an uncomfortable request given our bill amounted to Rs. 1500.Furthermore, parking is a significant issue in the area, making the visit more inconvenient. Overall, it's a place for a quick bite if you're desperate, but the service and parking concerns detract from the experience.

Arrogant behavior with the customers, partial towards other community by serving the food order to his known people and by making the earlier customers wait until his own known customers order is served.
The incident happened today at 6pm , An elderly person food order was delayed by with the excuse that first we have to serve the prepared order for his known people, 8 in numbers., who entered the hotel after the senior citizen. Did not have the courtesy to tell.. But rude to reply.. That only after the known people from his side is served. Will serve your order.. Rude, arrogant,Balaji hotel.. To make him realise that customer needs to respected.
Balaji is right on the street and a vegetarian restaurant. We ordered pav bhaji which was really good. Paneer biryani - seemed slightly stale

food came within stipulated time limit. packaging was good. onions and lemon came along with it. there was literally no oil floating and hence was very good for health perspective. Taste was really good. paneer bits were also there along with whole vegetables like capsicum, onion and French bean. I ll recommend this restaurant.
Reasonably priced and moderately good food. There are not many South Indian options in Bandra, this is probably one of the good ones.
