A good experience is worth the money which we pay, clean rooms and clean wash rooms. Decent area. The only problem I had faced in two days was the water disconnect two times and found in bathroom. Good staff and quick response to the complaints. I can recommend this to anyone.
Not happy with the service, i have booked it room here and asked for early checkin and early checkout, but they are asking for extra money when i am ok to check out on the same day.
It's worth for cost as we booked through make my trip and we got good discount and we are actually happy with the service and location. If rooms were still more spacious it would be good.. But we can understand as its in prime location it's more costly for little accommodation.
Good place at reasonable rate. Rooms were hygienic and clean. Service was up to the mark and the staff is very polite. Location is 5 mins walking from Rajajinagar metro station. Highly recommended.
One of the worst behaved staff! Pathetic service and not sticking to their words I requested for a room and for 4 people, the owner and the staff responded so rudely. The previous night I had spoken to the staff and confirmed on a price. The following day, the whole staff turned around and was arguing that it is impossible to accomodate on the previously agreed price.
The room is clean and well worth the money. The beds are super soft and real comfy so it's like you are sleeping on a fluffy cloud (pardon my poetic metaphor). The bathroom is also clean and comfortably spacious. For what it's worth, it was a good room for 2 for 1290Rs. A lot of the previous reviews told about the unclean room, so it might be because they unfortunately got an unclean room. But i got a real pretty clean room with 2 bars of soap, towels, and complementary breakfast.
