Very disappointed with this restaurant. Good trained staff but the food is below average, Sambhar being the basic of any South Indian dish is always on point at every South Indian cuisine restaurant and this particular one doesn't even get that right. Even the chutney wasn't good and filter coffee seemed old brewed and not fresh. And the sofas and chairs need good cleaning!!!
Good vegetarian food and staff is well trained. Ac was not functioning well it seems due to which it wasn't pleasant sitting there. It might be probably due to the full capacity of the restaurant. We had lunch full of South Indian delicacies ending with filter coffee. Lemon soda wasn't cold as it's supposed to be. Overall food was the main reason for the good rating.

Balaji Restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of RCity Mall, Ghatkopar. On weekend, the whole mall was overcrowded so we end up visiting this restaurant with less waiting. It is a Pure Vegetarian Restaurant with comfortable seating but the room temperature was hot and humid. I asked the manager then he mentioned that they have given a complaint regarding it. We ordered Hakka Noodles and Rava Masala Dosa. Rava Masala Dosa was served cold with coconut chutney and sambhar. The taste was not satisfactory. Hakka Noodles were palatable. So you can try Noodles here. They took time in serving but overall service was okay. They can improve ambience( room temperature), food taste and hospitality skills.
Recently visited Balaji Pure veg hotel in Rcity and the experience was good. I enjoyed having lunch here, the food was great and the quantity was as expected. We had ordered Veg Crispy for starters, Paneer chatpata which comes with a medium spicy gravy, Dal tadka and with that we tried Butter Kulcha, Butter naan, Butter tandoori roti and Tandoori Roti. All the breads were soft and buttery. Summary : Ambience - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Food - 4/5 Cost - 400-500/- each

Summary: A good place for variety of veg dishes. Located in a good mall. Has plenty of options for veg. We ordered some north Indian and some typical south Indian food. Both the types food was excellent. Nice ambience. Very surprisingly they do not have sweets, except kulfi. We ordered kuldi and it was also good but looked to be packaged one.
