A huge variety of idlis and dosas is what is the speciality of this place. Ambience is decent and is A two storey outlets. Both Air conditioned. The staff is helpful and police and systematic. Rates are reasonable and has great variety for South Indian dishes. They serve punjabi dishes as well but I haven't tasted it yet. The only reason I have not given it a 5 star is the service is a little slow. They take lot of time to serve the food once you have order. I suggest to give it a try.

Balaji idli house is one of the place where you can Hogg on South Indian food and get ride of some temporary cravings. Located on lbs road, Ghatkopar. Ambience is decent and has two sitting one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The waiters are very helpful and systematic. Reasonable place and warm place to get in for breakfast but they also serve lunch and dinner Thalis and bhaji roti and many more.

It is very good place if you want to have a very good variety of idles and South Indian flavours. This incident happened to me a week back when I was picking up the food from here. One of the chef's was licking his entire palm from bottom upto his fingers after wiping of the gravy leftover in the vessel to be washed. I was expecting him to wash his hands. But instead he rubbed his hands with one another and to the dress and started packing food. The owner must be thinking where I left after bulk ordering.
