Very unprofessional- worse receptionist. Kept us wait for 2 hours and still waiting while writing the review. The lady staff at the reception is worse. My wife and myself was informed that the doc will be available at 18:00 hours and we came at 17:30 hours. We were the first patient and as soon as doctor consult we asked to do two test which we need to do early morning and asked do to scanning. We were guided to a sister at counter. So far it well well. They asked her to drink water and after that they kept us for wait. Later on the patient start leaving and yet our turn was not yet come. When we cross check with the lab doctor she said she didn't have our name on her task sheet. And we were simply waiting for our turn. The staff were laughing when I asked what's the delay. Very poor staffs really need the hospital trainier to work on these lapse asap.

Though it's a gynecology and pediatrics hospital, the emergency department helped my father immediately. Dr Amogh was calm and guided us well. He was very co-operative and kind. The staff are well trained too. Thank you

One of the best hospitals in town. It is hygienic and the staffs are also very good. We did our delivery here and everything was done professionally. The accountant was also really helpful in terms of guiding on the procedures of the insurance. Keep it up guys and thank you.

Dr.Krishnamurthy.S MBBS,MD appears to be unresponsive to patient needs and, on multiple occasions, demonstrated a lack of consideration for the human aspect of healthcare. This has raised concerns about the overall quality of care provided. Moreover, there have been instances where I perceived a lack of in-depth knowledge in the medical field, resulting in what appears to be inaccurate information and reports. As a parent seeking the best for my child, it is disheartening to question the reliability of the medical guidance received. I understand the importance of constructive feedback and believe it is crucial for the hospital to be aware of any concerns that may impact the reputation and quality of care. I trust that you will address these matters appropriately to ensure the well-being of patients at your institution.

It's a very good hospital in Kushalnagar, we came from bangalore and needed medical assistance urgently, The medical staff is very professional and helpful. The labs are well equipped and provide fast results. During evening there are a lot of mosquitoes, requesting the management to look into the issue as it will be very beneficial for the patients.

All the doctors and nurses are very good and expertise in tackling the problems. Special thank to Dr. Annapoorna madam for her polite ness in explaining the problems and care in each moment of my maternity. We highly recommend this hospital in coorg region for those who are going for their maternity. This hospital is very clean and hygienic and well trained nurses and good medical facilities. Overall this hospital is far better than most of the hospitals in Kodugu region.

Positive birthing Experience :-) I started showing at Balaji hospital from my 30th week of pregnancy. For delivery I got admitted at 2 PM in afternoon, Doctors have waited till night and with all their encouragement and support I was able to deliver baby normally. My husband and my mother was allowed to visit within the labour room, which made me feel mentally strong. A special thanks to Dr Annapoorna, Dr Balaji, Dr.Krishnamurthy The best part of showing at Sri Balaji hospital, kushalnagar is , here the Doctors supports for normal delivery rather than jumping into c-section (that to if it's really necessary) . I got discharged after 3 days . The nursing department staff is very supportive. Hospital is very neat and clean. Very good scanning facility. One of the best hospitals in Kodagu.
