The staff is unprofessional and does not know what to do most of the time.
The rooms are very dirty and unhygienic, pls see the pics ... Dustbin is kept just near the patient's bed and mosquitoes and flies keep wandering all over the place and if you complain.. they will spray the Hit on your face.
I went there for a simple & procedure but due to the lack of equipment and experience they made it worse and made it worse.
It's a humble request.. do not waste your time and hard earned money here. They are the worst people.
I'll be taking legal action against them soon.
If minus marking can be given, I would have given that!! They are pre NABH Accredited and in the name of hygiene they don't even have soaps in their washroom, forget about their cleanliness! Neither pharmacy is providing it. Highly dissatisfied.
Very bad experience.......there is no responsibility in any staff member......they told me to wait 1 and half hour for reports but they provide me reports after 4 hours....and no one gives me proper response i waste my whole day in balaji hospital patient got sufferd whole day.....i advise to don't come here it's irresponsible hospital.

This is the response we get in MRI SECTION. My father admitted in krishna hospital had proper appointment with balaji hospital wet mri and still its around 2 hours passed and the fellow in MRI is not responding even fee and all other charges are already paid.
He is taking other fellow patients keeping my father waiting even he is on strecher and crying of pain as he is suffering from critical illness. Pathetic service.
I wish that fellow could have understood our pain atleast.
