The staff is very bad in conveying the patient about the details of our turn and waited more than 2 hours for our turn. When the turn came doctor sent us back again to the front desk for checking the temperature and come back. Again waited more than 30 mins for our turn for just checking the temperature. Front staff service is pathetic and they should know their duties when to check the temperature of the patient.
Treatment of the doctor is very good, and he was treated patient examine with very depth. Explanation of the deceas to the patient and supporters are very Nice.. But the main problem is hospital nursing staff and receptionist. The system of the token taken by phone at early in the morning is not a sistamatic it's totally fraud.
