Worst services centre..everytime when I give service, they are breaking something. First time they have broken the A.C vent opener, even after complaint they have promised to replace but they haven't..And today the dashboard is not closing properly after the service...please train the mechanic team. And even the service manager also seems to look like target base working. They are not much concern about the customers. They are friendly but full money minded, just working to complete the target.
Good Experience with Balaji Honda. Especially Jaikumar - A very calm and composed man who has taken care of the car and explained about the problems clearly and solution to it. A very knowledgeable person to have it in Honda. He is definitely a professional and well managed person. Happy to see him next level next time..

1. My car has a central locking system, but I have an issue with opening/closing. I paid the money to replace the new hand, but today I understand that is not a problem. 2. Water leakage not solved, but today they mentioned you need to replace xyz. 3. Petrol meter not working properly, I attached the photos. The service center did not even open my car, but he said your car was repaired. Today electrical worker absent, so you come back 3 days later. Do they think that I do not have any job? Always say old car not possible to repair. And many more. Finally, I repair my car outside. Thanks for the service center (bad) and I can't visit again.
Worst service centre Each time I go for service my car getting worse 1st time they broke the media control buttons in the stearing, when asked they said it is electrical fault u need to fix outside 2nd time service, problem with headlight 3rd time(now) the fuel indicator was broken Don't get service here
I visited there to buy a diesel car but they sell only petrol cars. So I turned back

Such a neat,clean and heavenly place. This is how a showroom should look alike. Premiumness everywhere. The staffs and sales persons are very much polite and humble. Resolves our problems and queries like a charm. All are well knowledged and equiped.

The did a very timely help. I was on travel from Chennai to Ambur for an emergency case my nexo battery was dead hence I reached here and explained my situation the team there analysed and replaced my battery in 20minutes. Thanks for timely help!
