Better save your time than coming here for treatment. They don't care you can wait or not even if you are aged or a diabetic patient you have to just wait for hours may be full day. Don't buy optics in the optics store available in the hospital.

Worst hospital and fully commercial, they make patients wait for hours no proper token system or information on how much time it takes for consultation. Optical store is the most commercial thing in this hospital they don't replace glasses in old frame and always forces to take new frame and the prices of the glasses are too high compare to the market.

Visit this hospital only if you have patience and do not have any other work for the day. You will loose your entire day just waiting at the reception and just hear from the receptionist asking you to sit for 5 more minutes which lasts for more than 5 hours. Second worst thing being the Optics store which has the prices skyrocketing everytime and always double to the market prices. You can go to other town get check up and return back to Guntakal than waiting here for hours.

If you plan to visit the hospital in the morning better come with lunch packed as you might need to stay till evening or sometime till night. And when asked you just hear will be done in 10 mins. Don't wonder if that 10 mins turns into 10 hours.

You have eye problem. Visit here to get headache as well waiting for hours. No patience then better be away from this hospital.

Really worst experience with glasses they r too expensive comparing with other's, they force to take new opticals every time of visit, if we ask to fit new glasses to old frame they won't give box or cleaning cloth & even they won't make over the old frame, already once I faced problem with my son opticals by left blue, & right green lenses next day by complaining they changed same color for both & same with my student opticals also. They provided this cover for my old frame, new glasses for Rs. 2000/-

Balaji Eye Hospital was a wonderful experience for me. Both professional and sympathetic staff members were present. It was peaceful because the facility was new and well-kept.
