Dr brahmi ma'am explained every thing so nicely and provide all correct information so we were able to take proper decision. All her staff is so supportive and we'll trained. Treatment of ear infection was done properly. The downside was 1. the waiting time was about an hour or more. 2. Not Briefing the patient about what was the cause of infection/disease and what is the treatment or medicine will do. If these points are improved. The patients will feel heard and value for their time. If the patient is afraid to talk while instrument is in their ear. Wait for the answer. Have patience. Everything happens is in a hurry.

Worst experience. Very bad nursing staff. Arvind Pande didn't listen to the patient. Operating on basis of nurses suggession. While my ear operation I am waiting for more than 5 months and when the operation date comes because of their staff wrong commitments they are postpone my operation date. This hospital wastes my time, money and emotions just because staff attitude even doctor behaviour is very horrible. At least doctors should be well in their behaviour.

Hospital environment is so supportive and good. Ot ambience is so positive u never feel u are in ot or hospital , it's a very good place with positive and homely vibes. All staff is so supportive.
