It's so calm here. Very peaceful and less crowded away from city. You will definitely find it pleasing. It's mostly sand surrounded by mangroves with some ingenious rock formations(lava rock) which is a picturesque location. Keep your food arrangements with you and don't visit on low tide timings. Visit after 1 -2 hours before or after low tide.

Good beach for picknick and family outings. Nothing else there exept the sea. Do find out tide timing before going there. Or else you might end up with nothing but sand for miles around. I guess the best portion of the beach is closer for outsiders as it is under the property of Sainik School. The public beach is a mudflat and not actually a beach. Not that worth
