Have been going to the panchkula outlet for more than a decade now, never felt any quality issue. But experience at the Zirakpur outlet has been bad, specially since last 2-3 visits, mostly things are out of stock, left over and available food is stale and not to eat, but is still served. The management needs to look into it.
Have had Paneer Tikka Roll in past, it used to be great !! Today it was not at all Upto Mark. Shared the feedback to server regarding the dish not being fresh, bread too hard & it was too heated to be eaten, however was surprised with the very blank response of server, No action, nothing said, no apology. Show went on as nothing happened. Bit of surprising for me. Scope of improvement!

Best place to hangout for late night snacks. The best thing is that it is open 24 by 7 so you can visit it anytime. We visited there once at 2am and had a great time. Sitting capacity and hygiene is also good so you can eat there any day though the price is little high.
