They had provided me a cake which was damaged and was not fresh at all. And damaged in the sense the quality of the cake. Which was rotten. They provided a cake which made up of worst quality all purpose flour and yet denied to accept the truth also. I was not asking about my refund and they had not insisted also. If u want to eat healthy then don't go this food chain. They are really very much arguing in nature. They are only profit oriented not customer oriented.
I never expected to find such a amazing bakery in Berhampur, which provides healthy and delicious bakery items and ingredients! I was surprised to find lots of vegan options, which made my vegan heart beating fast (-: Not just the food is super good, also the service is best. The people are kind and very supportive. I have ordered multiple cakes from bake factory.white chocolate heart shaped pinataa cake was super tasty. Same as design given. Kesar pisata petals cake was soft spongy n very tasty. Its blended with badam n pistachio. Really very tasty n yummy cakes. I have ordered cake through whats app and smooth process of payment. With special request they delivered all my cakes to home. Only feedback to please improve packaging, it should strong one side folded box so while delivery it wil be enough to hold.
