If there is any option, I can give negative rating. First of all, the sales guys are cheater. They never tell you actual price, delivery charges until you are making the bill. During the billing, they will tell that you'll get by next day morning...but in reality, you will follow up till next 2-3 days but no response from them. If you try to reach out the store number given in bill, it is not in service. If you reach out to central Helpline number, it is also not in service. I don't know how they are running business...only with newspaper ads!! It6 biggest mistake in my life. BTW, I'm still following up with them for my refrigerator and yet to receive.

Good morning Bajaj electronics staff . Reciving is very nice. also offers are very good . Especially sony X82L tv 3years warranty is the best offer in 2023 this Dussehra season .. and we purchased sony X82L tv with S20R sound bar and samsung washing machine. Sony Bravia 65 X82L is very good product. Excellent picture quality of anyone want's to buy smart tv then sony Bravia is the best option and also new futures. Handsfree voice surch also available.. especially that guy. Nivas sony brand promoter. He can explain Q60c and X82L modal comparison.. very nice. Receiving is good , good guidence ,actually came to see LG tv but the guidence given by the nivas converted is to buy the tv SONY X7TL .....50" n also liked to buy Sony sound bar .....gave better knowledge in Sony tv....so much.....help ful for us....thank you...bajaj electronics.....for gud service thank you nivas garu for gud ...... guidence

Most worst experience ever Today 15th Aug we went to show room to buy a chimney they showed me faber scilencio model and they said first price was 17400 final price after discount . We went to other showrooms for 2nd opinion then they called me and says the price is 16800 and with dcb finance you will get 10% cash back . We came to the showroom bcz of price and offer , but when we reach showroom they said the price is 17000 and it's not coming under finance Totally wasted my time and cheated. We argued with them and they are silent and they don't have answer to tell Better don't goto this store

I think it's not a bajaj electronics, its attitude store. Cause they are too negetive attitude leave this reason is secondary but when ever u called for and enquiry on any product they simply answer and says that pls come to store the work will complete, but after visiting the store they are worst experience I got I think this Bajaj electronics is so worst then comparing to other branches . I think the workers or employees are too lazy to talk and approach the customer, the tea shop or pan shops are better then these stores

Worst experience of product delivery and installation with this showroom.The products delivery is very late and we had to go to godown with them and had to bring our products. They finalized the cost of the products of ac,fridge and WM and said by mouth that you have to pay 1000/- rupees for ac installation with stand and 500/- for products delivery...but the delivery and installation people are asking 800/- more and telling us that it is asked by the showroom only...so people make sure to ask them to mention on the bill for the cost of product delivery and installation also while purchasing only... because later they will definitely change the words ....my experience was very bad with this showroom...wanna give 0 rating...1 star is also more for the type of their service

This is the worst ever showroom which I have ever experienced regarding service. Bought a refridgerator on 17th April. Charged extra amount other than what committed for delivery charges... No service man came for installation till now (23rd April)as said in showroom... Kept continuously calling for some on the refrigerator. As we did not respond clearly, then they said they will send the service person for installation. They might have not even called us if everything is gone clear for them. Worst service ever experienced.

Yesterday I am purchase one geyser but still not delivered and no any communication number and invoice contact number or not working so I am very disappointed after sale employees are not response properly this is very bad
