Terrible experience of purchase here. Filled with die hard salesmen who will make un-true promises they never intend to keep. Bought a washing machine and fridge from this store. I had to follow up 15+ times to even get the installation done for these products. It takes several days. Not worth your time. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. They also keep trying to sell you "Bajaj extended insurance" very often which is completely not required. This extended warranty does not even come from the manufacturer but is an allied insurance product sold by bajaj sales people to make their quotas.

I have bought 5 purchases from the store and informed earlier a day before that I need a appliance delivery at particular date and time which they have assured and purchased all the things but when the time comes after purchase when the appliance need to be delivered there is no promised delivery and they say why are you hurrying we will deliver by evening because of these false promises I literally wasted my complete day which I have cancelled all my programs and waiting for the appliance to be delivered which till now didn't happen. Showing respect at the time of purchase and forgetting there promises and commitment at the time of deliver is not at all right thing for the store and there manager. I literally dissatisfied with there delivery services and even we have received damaged product at the time of delivery and they say not to open till the technical person comes which they redirect to contact manufacturers for the damage which the store godowns does it. Worst delivery services which I have ever seen. I hope other store delivery the appliances delivery on time as they promised than Bajaj. Maintaining a brand image and giving poor delivery services will not set the value of the brand.

Here we brought so many items ,1st they said 3k high Then they started discount...finally normal price they will give

I have purchased symphony cooler worth 13k from bajaj showroom at Nacharam. After delivering the person took 300 and said he can't fix it and when I called showroom the staff didt responded for my problem. At the time of sale no one told me about fixing.

Product,rate everything is ok but when it comes to installation part of any product they don't stick to their words. I had three bitter experiences with this branch Atleast the sales executive will not answer your call Very disheartening to the customer

Be careful with sales guys. Some will give all wrong information to sell the product. Do proper research , before finally purchasing the item. But the person, whom I met gave factual information, and I thank him.

Worst service ever. I would give 0 star rating if its an option. Staff doesn't respond to the products bought from there. Its better to go with the individual brand stores and get the products
