It was not a successful visit for me. I wanted to buy an electric scooter from Bajaj so I went here but there are only petrol bikes available right now. For electric like Bajaj chetak you need to visit their new electric vehicle showroom in power house bhilai. At least one electric vehicle should be kept to showcase for customers within this shop also.

I purchased a motor cycle form this showroom which has a manufacturing fault but whenever I complaint about it service staff they always say wireing has been eaten by rat but I and a local mechanic has never seen a single wirebreak due to rats. Even after regular servicing before the due kilometres my bike is leaking oil from every where I don't know what kind of servicing they are doing. In short I am not satisfied with the service team because I am facing the same issue again and again their moto is only to sell more and more bikes not to provide satisfaction to the old customer.

Purchased my ns160 from Venkatesh Bajaj in 2017. It is great showroom for Bajaj with nice services station. Cash,cheques and emi facility is available for purchase. Also insurance of vehicles done in showroom. Service facility (like battery charge,wash station, air tools etc etc all present) which is most important after purchase. Service is ok ok I will say. Service center manager,technicians and workers are experienced and they know what they are doing. Sometimes you will feel little bit on downside for services facility as they were only showroom for Bajaj in bhilai and on daily basis they are servicing about 30 vehicles. The thing I like most is services perk from showroom side..which was for Rs 999 I got 3 free services along with low cost on new materials and 1 taflon coating..time period of 1year.

Good Place to visit for your Bike purchasing because the product quality, Sales person experience is too good , Service quality while purchasing and after Sales is too good. The Best Place to visit for your bike purchasing as it contain quality products and services with best experience consistently over a long period of time. The Sales Staff, Servicing Staff, Management Behaviour is very good. Overall a very good experience and I suggest it as Visit definitely and cost effective manner. Must visit place as my suggestion.

I had a very bad experience I went there around 11 am for my bike servicing they only had to do some minor maintenance and had to change few parts like break shoed and chain sprocket but they started working on my bike after one hour then the mechanic who was working on my bike was just passing t rest of his time like he would open a part of my bike and go for time paas he would work 10 and timepass 30 then their lunch break came 2-3pm the after that he started working on my bike seriously. They had provided me the time of 3:30pm but it took around 5 pm for them to do it and at the end of it I had to pay 1200 rupees for changing parts even though I had paid the price of parts exclusively. This ruined my whole day and wasted so much time and at the end the price is also very high. I will not recommend anyone to go there unless you have so much time and money to waste. Think about it you don't have to go through the same thing as I did.

The service centre is rightly located in the heart of city. People under servicing are very good and the quality of service is very good. Also, being bajaj the total spend on vehicle is quite less

Very bad behaviour of Manager Mukesh Srivastava, also mechanics doesn't know how to repair bike properly
