One of the worst service center I have ever seen. The advisor will listen all ur complaints, but when ur bike got delivered and still the complaint will be there nd This is the speciality of this service centre. I had done my new bike ( N160 ) for 3 free services., all the services I had complaint with the service team after service. 1st service : I told them to change the time in my speedometer., they didn't. 2nd service : Petrol theft approximately 1 litre. 3rd service : same petrol theft approximately 2 litres. I request Local people's around vellore or PPL who use Bajaj not to do paid service. Not even worth after free service. The funniest part is Wax polish ( mixed with water ) charged me 100 rupees. In local shop we can get for 70 rupees itself., we can use that for many more times. Think wisely. Thank you. WORST

They made a scratch on the petrol tank during the general service. When I asked about it, they were irresponsible. As there was different noise while riding the bike, I asked them to rectify it. They simply said it was because of engine. I was told that the engine should be disassembled for which they quoted Rs.15,000. I simply left after getting to know their quote. The same noise problem was solved for just Rs.90 with local mechanic. This is my personal experience. They are not professionals. They are doing scam in the name of service. Be aware of them.

Hey hi guys, ##Very superb and cool service ever had. One of my friend suggested me to do service here. I am from Andhra Pradesh state. I have traveled more than 100 km to reach this service center. I have serviced my Pulsar NS 200 bike in VDS Sayar Bajaj Auto service center. It was a nice experience. Excellent service they have provided &have seen very good behaviour with the customer's. ## I am Fully satisfied with the service. ##This is my 4th service and it's an paid service. ##Reasonable price with good service. ## They have AC waiting hall for customers in the service center & with washroom facility. Washroom also neat and clean. #### I wil do upcoming services are here only.

It's not even worth for single , i bought Dominar 400 bajaj's premium bike, and my experience with their employee's was utterly worst. at some point i thought like cancelling the bike itself, but due to large waiting period and i booked dominar 400 3months ago just now it arrived and i got stuck whether should i buy it or not, again! since this bike has arrived after a long waiting period and also i can't afford another 3months. And finally I done payment (net cash) and the bike is not properly maintained by them they just park their most of their bikes in outdoor. in my bike back disk pad was rusted and front disk was squealing they have no much idea about their premium bike especially sales team guys, still i have not experienced service team I'll keep you guys posted. And also i had a conversation with other customers who bought bike in this showroom recently and asked them about their experiences, Sadly their experience and mine are same. Kindly think twice before choosing VDS Thootapalayam. I didn't see the reviews that's my bad. Just knowing this showing is the biggest around my location maybe i should gone for small showroom nearby. Pls be aware of this VDS sayar bajaj showroom.

I own dominar 400 2022 model, there is no problem with bike and I am very much satisfied with the purchase. But, if any one are opting to buy any Bajaj motorcycle kindly make sure that there is a proper service team in your locality, because I personally feel that the service is horrible and the behaviors of the staff if awful. They are damaging the vehicle even more whenever I leave my vehicle for service. Kindly buy Bajaj motorbikes from other showroom or service you bike with any other mechanic shop other than this showroom.
