Worst experience with their staff. Once you purchased bike then their behavior will change. They will treat you like they are your master. I think they are not from bike selling background they are from vegetable market. They should learn some lesson about how to behave with customer. Strongly recommended to not to buy from them, you should try other showroom.

I will recommend you every time. Don't purchase bike from this showroom. Most worst experience. For booking, they irritate you every time. After , purchase the bike , they take 4-5 months to provide you RC. Even , when you called them , they don't hv response the call. Very unprofessional behaviour. The service centre is more worst , if your bike is breakdown. They charged very extreme amount. Which is 3to 4 times higher than market. I recommend you , if you want to purchase bike , please skip the showroom and choose to go another bajaj showroom.

Worst experience ever. I went there on 18th of jan 2022 to book a pulsarn250. After receiving multiple calls from there sales rep I decided to go and check how the new pulsar is. The showroom manager who refused to reveal his name was very rude and straight away denied a test drive even though I was there to book the bike and pay in cash the same day. He had no reason for denying a test drive. The staff however was ready to give a test drive but he even thrashed the staff for agreeing to give a test drive. When I told him that I am spending 170000 on your bike so I should get a test drive his answer was even if you spend 2 lacs I am not going to allow a test drive. I would recommend anyother dealer but not swastik Bajaj. The sales team keep pestering you with calls and when it comes to delivering a good service their manager shows rude behaviour.

If you live in Jamshedpur and you want to buy a Bajaj bike, then this place is the only option for you. Do visit the showroom for knowing the offers and discounts.

If i could i would provide negative rating, unfortunately Google, so much issues including delay in registration to delay in number plate procurement to delay in rc, above all they have excuses for everything. If somebody told me that earlier than I would have went to adityapur Bajaj dealer rather than Swastik. Additionally present GM Ghosh is another nutshack, he thinks he can fool customers it's just your good luck that there's no proper complaint channel of Bajaj otherwise you would have been fired by now. Update: Nothing's changed, even after 2 years.
