Customer care is well maintained and they care for people and followup. I have seen this for multiple people while I was waiting for my service. Waiting time will increase if you go late beyond 10:30 as only 1 person is taking care of the request.

I have been to this place seeing the review. Completely unsatisfied with their responses. When I called them early in the morning to see their availability, their phone is switched off and went straight to this place. After reaching this place, they said it's time for their shutdown and they can't help me in processing any request. They gave alternate no to call before visiting next time. This time, I tried reaching both the no's and both are switched off.. after reaching their office and explaining them they realised they haven't connected their phone to the network.. even this time they were not able to help me because of the network outage... If they can't do a proper service to the customer on particular day, why can't they mention it as closed in the google, so customers like me need not have unnecessary travel.. I felt Aminjikarai branch is far better compared to this branch.. I will never suggest this place to anyone
