It was an official visit and I found the staff, Ms. Beena Nandan , very attentive and well grasps the requirements of clients and fast in action. The entrance maintains a register of all visitors and a very serene and positive vibe felt.

Dear fellow customers, I have to share a very happy experience about the Bajaj Allianz office at Thrissur city. Previously, this office was functioning at Amala Nagar, and the staff were so horrible, even to 'behave' with their valued customers. I was made to run from pole to pillar there without any solution, about six years ago. I gave up all my hopes about the redemption of my policy after facing such a hard time. I kept on discouraging my friends from doing or continuing business with Bajaj Allianz, after that. Last day, the policy documents came up in front of me from a heap of other documents, and then I immediately planned to approach them again. I was hoping that no organization could survive with a team of such inferior quality for long and this time I may be lucky to have a better team to resolve my issue. My assumption was not wrong. Yesterday I met an excellent team under Mr. James Luis, who are highly customer focused. My long pending issue (reasons unknown) was sorted out in minutes by Mr. Rajeesh, a very efficient and great customer friendly staff. Infact, I left their office with thoughts of supporting Bajaj Allianz wherever possible in future. (I am not sure about other offices of BA, but I am greatly impressed by your team at Thrissur city) Kind Regards Ramachandran PP

With basement parking as well as ground floor parking right in front of the building is available, I was denied access by security. According to the security officer of the building, it seems Bajaj Allianz is on 3rd floor and they are provided couple of slots in the basement but all of that is taken by company staff, hence I need to park somewhere by the side of the road. Had to park about 20 meters away from the building. Parking therefore is a major issue especially during peak hours. Staff who attended me was professional and was knowledgeable, gave me a full account of the pros and cons on the decision I was planning to take which kind of helped me in revisiting my initial decision.

They are waiting the policy holders ouside the office with 2 chairs and in 1 chair the security staff is sitting. They have higher priority for the security staff than there customers. The lift of the building is not working.

Worst service....I will never recommend Bajaj Alliance to anyone I care...they dont care for your time or effort...Never expect any service from them when its due.. If you have paid premium for their insurance....may god save you from trouble on maturity or claim...

Good Hospitality and Service but no power back up. Cudnt complete work on the same day
