Baisakhi is a pure veg fine dining restaurant which serves delicious Punjabi cuisine. I started off with mocktails, ordered two of them "paan lemonade" and "aam panna" and I loved the paan lemonade, it was a refreshing paan flavour but not over powering, don't hesitate to try it. For appetizers, I tried their pudina paneer tikka, paneer was perfectly cooked and soft but the hero was the green chutney that elevated the taste of the dish with its perfect balance of flavours. And three super crispy kurkuri bindi which you can munch on throughout your meal. The rich creamy veg kolhapuri paired with garlic naan and chilli naan were a good choice for main course. You can also choose the sizzling biryani if you prefer a dish with rice. Ended with gulab jamun and marks kulfi for a sweet note, the jamuns were sweet and soft. With a descent atmosphere and a lots of option for you choose from, uncompromised on quality and quantity, if you want to experience North in doubt and if you're around Gandhi bazar, BAISAKHI is the place
The staff is welcoming, food is delicious, we tried their special Dahi ke kabab, pudina paneer butter masala, laccha Paratha, cheese chilli Paratha and Kesar lassi. Kesar lassi is a must try, as it has true flavours. Ambience is soothing and most important part was their fast delivery and soft serving skills, they asked everyone about the food as soon as they were serving, so that any improvements can be done. Perhaps it is already one of the best in bangalore.
After a very long time me and my family went to have dinner here the 1st impression was good and the food was delicious nice ambience and service was also good. I recommend this place for family and friends outings.
Food was very nice with Panjabi touch. Makai cheese tokri is a must try. Quality was not compromised. Good service by Aniket.
It was bit of a off kind of experience for me , never try their tomato soup had some fishy smell , too watery and not tasty at all. and requested the waiter and luckily he replaced it with hot and sour it was better than the tomato soup. And also tried the seekh kabab the Taste was bland less salt and not spicy also. Palak paneer wasn't upto the mark and phulkas was very cold . Only best thing was lachha paratha and spiced butter milk must try.
Pocket friendly restaurant which serves tasty Punjabi food. There are a lot of options to choose from too. The Amritsari Lassi was amazing!
Went today to this proper North Indian food outlet for lunch. We sat on the top floor, with a perfect balcony view. Was impressed with the quick Service and both the quality and quantity of the food served. Food recommended: Starters: Kurkuri Bhindi(super crispy) Paneer Satay(loaded with peanut sauce) Main Course: Amritsari Dal Tadka Kadai Paneer With Chilli Cheese Naan(super soft and highly recommended) Ended our meal with hot Gulab Jamun Do visit this place, family friendly
Baisakhi one of my favourite north indian vegetarian restaurant in gandhi baazar basavanagudi. #Here they serve authentic north indian, punjabi food,it stands out with a simple decor with extraordinary food. #To start with our lunch i ordered their nimbu shikanji which was very refreshing. #For starters we had 1. Paneer Satay: its a must try dish when u are at baisakhi super soft paneer fried and sauteed with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce. 2. Cheese corn tokri: tokri filled with cheese and corn mixture served with hot sauce. 3. Bharwan tandoori mushroom: mushroom stuffed with spinach and cheese and cooked in tandoor. #For main course we had 1. Kadhai paneer: again their paneer is silky smooth with a rich kadhai gravy paired well with cheese naan. 2. Amritsari dal tadka: the best dal tadka i have ever had. The tadka was so good with loads of ghee. 3. Veg pulao: long grain basmati rice with vegetables. Gulab jamun: the best gulab jamun was too soft and melted in mouth. # Service 4/5 #Worth the money 5/5 # Hygiene meter 4.5/5

The best food I've had in Bengalaru. The staff was amazing and recommended great options, all of which were incredible. The level of service was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make it a great dining experience.
Small Neighborhood eatery run by a Sardarji Family. Excellent taste, very authentic flavours... limited vegetarian menu... Punjabi cuisine... very affordable... crowded on weekends...
A must visit for north indians in bangalore. The food is just soo good and homely. The quantity and quality both is fantastic. Being from gurgaon and a foodie, this place has personally became my favourite in just one visit. Try there kadhai paneer i
