Good Service, excellent staff behaviour, very good hospitality, good doctors. Specially the Floor Manager Subhashree and Dona in Mediclaim section are genious, they are real trouble shooters. The dietician is very humble. Last but not the least I am very thankful to the owner Rajada for his immense co-operation. For any medical emergency this place is really "Mushkil Asan". SORRY for this late review.(First admission on 06/06/23) Again I have to admit (2nd admission on 25/06/23)in this hospital due to my complication of gall bladder stone. Again the whole experience was very smooth and relieving, New floor manager Miss Parna Saha is very efficient and this time I must say Subham the mediclaim person helped me so much with immense effort to pass my mediclaim. All the staffs made me feel like home. This time I felt little upset to leave the hospital as it seems like my second home. The food is very good. I was on bland diet but still they tried to give me varieties and options. As a nutritionist I know how tough is the job. Dr Ranadhi Das is a Gem of a person. Good treatment and facilities at very reasonable rate,this is the 3rd time I took service of this hospital for senior citizen (covid 2nd phase, pneumonian few months back and Dengue recently), everytime I availed cashless facility, moreover all doctors & staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Billing & Mediclaim desks are also very efficient.

Most third class hospital with third class hospitality. All the concerned doctors, nurses, staffs associated with this hospital are completely careless and Non-co-operative towards the patient who is being admitted in this hospital. They are completely fraud. They only know very well to make business with the patient, play with the life of the patient, harass the patient along with his/her family members and to cheat with the patient inspite of giving proper treatment to the patient. Though I am giving one star rating to this hospital but I think they do not deserve a single star. Such a third class and deceitful hospital I have ever seen in my life. By mistake, I had admitted my nearest one in this hospital but after admitting I realized that I have committed a grand mistake which could not be amendable. The bloody cheaters had taken a huge amount of money from me and gave incomplete treatment to my patient. After 20 days when I come to know about the incomplete treatment of my patient from the local doctor. I went to the hospital with my patient for asking them about such incomplete treatment. They are telling that we aren't responsible for this, it is the fault of the patient for which he is suffering from. It is my humble request to all of my viewers who are reading my reviews that never admit your patient in this horrible hospital under any condition, otherwise you will have to suffer a lot unnecessarily.

Excellant service by hospital staff. Dr. Subhasis Saha under whom hernia operation was done has done fantastic work, beyond our imajination. Dr. Ranadhi Das who suggested Dr. Saha's name & overlooked the entire process has become one of our family.

Am just overwhelmed. When i was admitted i thought ill never make it up.but the technology Docs and the stuffs are so nice and helpful all the time. Thanks a lot to the entire team of BAINE HOSPITAL..Thanks again..

Very poor facilities with fake list of physicians. I admitted my mother under Dr Himadri Das but no improvement even after ten days. She was discharged without any visible benefits after huge billing to seize money from insurance. Exorbitantly high charges in the name of service charge. No detailed billing. Discharge summary was like prescription only. Very poor experience, never admit here.

My patient Swapna Mondal was referd by Dr. Santu Dey. The services are very good. Really so satisfying.
