Baine Holidays - Hotel in Bolpur - Birbhum, India

Our room was not ready even at 2pm,we checked in at 2.30pm although the check in timing was 12noon. They allow people inside the pool with drink at 12am,although the pool timing is mentioned till 10pm. They don't have any coordination between them, pathetic experience!!!

This property belongs to Baine Travels, Kolkata. The location of the hotel is quite good. It is in Shyambati area, Sonajhuri Pally and Adjacent to the Goal Para. Hotel just beside the road. From the hotel you can easily go to Kopai Rever View Point, Sonajhuri Haat, Biswabharati Campus, Sriniketan. Car parking available. Drivers accommodation is also available. The restaurant is well maintained and the food is quite tasty and cost effective. The rooms are also maintained with clean curtains, bed and bed cover, glazed tiles , and also well maintained, clean washroom. Room rent is 2500/- exclusive gst in monsoon seasons. In the pick seasons room rent can go up to 3500/-.Hotel staff are also well behaved. One thing that is about to mention is that some of the customers mostly bachelors are really disturbing at night with loud voices, high volume music systems and other things. Hotel staff are always aware of that and they are guarded all the time. Otherwise it's a value for. Money property for vacation with your family.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. It was very calm and peaceful. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The service of the restaurant was unexpected. Though complimentary breakfast was included in the booking, it wasn't provided. Ordering food was a difficult task, as most of the items in the menu was not available. The restaurant staff were non cooperative. And the quality of food was below average.

We had an awesome stay experience.....staff behaviour is good....taste of food is good...we enjoyed pool facility really well.....they do cleaning of pool regularly.....on an average you can spend a night or two easily with comfort.

Horrible and Hopeless Hotel. The Rooms are Clean and the Bathrooms are clean as well even food taste is good. But only Rooms and Food do not make a Comfortable stay at a Hotel. The Service, Behaviour and Amenities are below Horrible level. The Hotel has no Professionalism and do not abide by the Basic Hotel Rules of Service. They would not provide Complimentary Breakfast although agreed at the time of Booking. One has has to argue to get the Breakfast. Further, the Hotel does not Welcome Kids with Family and they would show sheer reluctance to provide any Service for Kids in the Family. Complimentary Breakfast is not provided for Kids. The Food Quantity in "Thali" is suited for an Infant and no repeats would be Served. The Hotel is only suited for people who might stay in a Hotel, may be once in two years and would keep Silent for any lack of Service at a Hotel.
