You will love the sunset here! Very calm and serene beach with minimum crowd. Very good resorts nearby to stay. The sand here is also walkable. It was at walkable distance from our hotel. The way on the beach from hotel was covered by coconut trees and is very peaceful walk.

One of the best places we have visited in Goa. Secluded beach, amazing weather and good food. To top it all, the shacks are pet friendly and no restrictions on your furry to roam around in the beach as there are not more than 60 people on the entire beach.
There is a little walk to reach the destination but it is worth every step.
This shack is on Benaulim Beach. It's peaceful and has great seafood. Their signature dish is butter garlic prawns which were delicious. The butter nor the garlic over powered the flavour of the prawns. We had the beef chilly fry and Nutella banana pancakes and fried prawns besides the butter garlic prawns. Their pricing is reasonable we paid Rs. 1700 for two of us with beers.
This shack is on the non crowded side of the beach. And this is the pick if you choose this side. Basically you get a non crowded less noisy side and the crowded loud music side to betalbatin beach. If you like more color and music. Magzika is the way to go. But we a group of 10 wanted some peaceful time with our food.
The food is pretty good as it was more than we expected. The quantity is good and cheaper compared to the other side.
Enjoy the beach with some good onion rings which was the pick of our menu. Recommended!
If you are not Indian or only have a plan to stay for couple of hours please DON'T CONSIDER TO STAY at this Shack.
Owner of this Place is specifically Greedy and RUDE.
He is very clear that if you spend entire day here and take Lunch here then only he can provide a bed.
Else He is simply not concerned even if you are coming up with child.
He even tell you that he can't put more beds as Police has asked him not to put beds more than 20.
But.Just check on below Pictures where you can clearly see that he has given beds only to Russians

Great food, away from crowd. Walk towards Sunset beach from main entry of Betalbatim. Value for money. Good place for candle light dinner. Kudos to Raj and his team.
This place is completely crowded by Russian tourists. The shack as such is pretty cool and well maintained. Did not order any food as I personally felt the service was focused towards the Russian tourists, all the waiters were frantically running around and catering to the needs of these tourists. While they eventually came around to take my order after alerting them to come over to my table. By that time my wife and I had made up our mind to leave the place and head for dinner elsewhere. Since we were seated there we ordered two tender coconut water and some dried cashew nuts. And was questioned as to why I was not ordering any food / dinner. Felt like more of a demand than a request.
Anyways, if you are planning to visit this place, please consider these aspects.
But again, this is my personal view and it could be absolutely fine for somebody else.
One of the ancient and holy place. The place is open to visit and play in morning time from 6 am to 10 am only , but you can visit anytime to experience outside scenery like garden and other places.
