My personally experience was osm.. The view from the hotel rooms of beach was incredibly osm I will suggest all friends and family who are visiting Goa to visit meher rooms... Owner and staff of the hotel was also so supportive... I visited Goa for fun and being in this hotel was toppings to my trip..
