Only plus point is location... Room's don't have privacy... One can jump in other room balcony... Breakfast is 50/50... Swimming Pool ends before start... One can hear other room voice easily... Service very poor they won't deliver my anniversary cake after taking payment on the same day... Deliver next day... Never suggest to be there guest...
Poor service infrastructure has worn-out. I found toilet wall (wooden wall) has been displaced and there is no privacy between living room and toilets, on complaint they simply said you have to manage or you may check out. Food quality is very poor. Even if you have booked with breakfast, they make their all efforts to delay in supplies at buffet so that lesser amount of food may be consumed.
Rooms are very small. Good for couple or 2 heads only. Breakfast was very limited and bad. A tea in breakfast took 20 mins to come in so you can imagine the service. Staff is courteous but since resources are not there so better to miss it. You will get bagha hideout premier in same rate with bigger rooms in case location is preference
Will not be able to enjoy the premises as the services are hectic and the management is very rude. You have to be very sincere for this hotel as the hotel is very inflexible in its services. Avoid this hotel if want to enjoy and may search other hotels nearby.
I enjoyed my stay at Baga hideout resort with my family . we booked for 2 nights we found place is quite and peaceful and everything is close by market ,Titos club ,snowpark for kids and beach is just 5 minute walk in
The booking experience with their staff Mr. Nirmal Ji was very awful and rude. They offered different rates at the initial stage or unfortunately changed by saying that i can't be or never be the same. Even they don't have time to give proper guidance or customer support over the call. Travellers make sure to confirm the rates on mail or chat. Either you may lose the booking or your goodwill if you are booking with them your stay for your friends, family & yourself. Beware! I never stayed in their hotel. so I can't share the experience with you. I expressed that I felt that dealing with them is very unprofessional or the worst customer experience.

If you love your life and family never stay here. Staff is very rude and aggressive. They would do there best to extract what ever money they can from you. They ask you to book the hotel directly instead of using any online aggregator. Too expensive for a stay at INR 4500 all inclusive with breakfast. You can get better hotels than this at half the cost.
