It is located in a decent residential area, well maintained reception,corridor and staircase. Rooms were cozy and perfect for a guest of two. They were clean, everything was in order. Staffs were polite and helpful, room service and even the food was good. Overall a good hotel experience with reasonable price.
The staff was least helpful. Food quality was not up to the mark and i must say that there is a lot of scope of improvement in food quality and taste. Rooms were okay. The other OYOs in which i had earlier stayed were much better.
Pathetic choice for stay. Property location is BAD. Path to the hotel is rough, broken roads. Hotel looks like one of the Mumbai chawl. The staff at the reception is RUDE. He denied us the check in because he wasn't satisfied with payment that Goibibo did to him. How is that the customer's concern? Not just that he spoke pathetically poor and is an insane unsafe threatening person. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I stayed here for 2 days , it has some kind of old AC , makes lots of noice . Other than that there was no electricity for 1 full night and the receptionist was egoistic enough to say , "sir the light was there in your room " . Overall a bad service experience
Very nice Oyo hotel in Palam Delhi. 2 min drive for metro station by auto. Nearby medical Store, food shops- indian, Chinese, Chaat, grocery shops etc. 5 min. Drive for Palam flyover. Check for rates n booking in Oyo rooms. They have big hall also for marriage activities. Nearby lot of banquets from here.

Check in check out process was super fast. They have maintained the rooms quite well. Though room was small but it is worth for a short budgetly stay.
