The rooms are not maintained properly. Room service is very poor, and the location is unsafe for females as ladies in our group were cat called by some locals.

Worst hotel in Jammu and Kashmir. Hotel staff does not pick up anyone's luggage. Demands money all the time. Hotel rooms are very dirty. No staff comes even after calling many times for cleaning. 10 people had gone in my family and there were no 10 glasses in this hotel to drink water. The hotel staff says to drink water from a tea cup. Food is of very poor quality in the hotel. I would suggest that never book this hotel.
