This vegetarian restaurant is just opposite to Western Group of temples at Khajuraho. The dishes were very tasty and so many vegetarian options. They also have sweet shop at ground floor. The basement is restaurant which is very clean with attractive ambience and affordable price.

A must visit - highly recommended! Relish this vegetarian restaurant with various types of cuisines but calls itself a Marwadi cuisine hotel as it does offer Rajasthani Daal bafla/batti churma n other dishes to go along with it. Has both Ala carte & thali options Kaju masala -5/5 whole lot of kaju with tasty medium gravy Phulkas - excellent hot ones 5/5 Daal for batti - 3/5 as he served me a mix daal with rajma in it, not the one which goes with baatti n was non spicy Baatti -3/5 was hard but dipped in ghee so worth a shot Chaas - amazing Churma - 5/5 delicious Neat & clean place with amazing service. The guys who serve make sure you eat well - 5/5 Our total bill was just Rs 650 so amazzzing Must EAT & try more dishes along with its Sweets/dessert options

Good experience for marwadi thali. We tried paneer sev sabji too and it was fine. Other options for vegetarian dishes in the menu are good too.

Decent food, nice ambiance. A/c restaurant. Washrooms are neat n clean. Basic thali starts from Rs. 180/- ( Menu : 1veg., Rotis, Dal fry, rice, pulav, papad, gulab jamun.) Just opp. To Khajurao lake and Ticket entrance. Chaas is good to please your tummy.

Three of us had been to this pure vegetarian resturant. Both the auto driver and the tour guide recommended this hotel. Seems to be popular among the locals. The food was spotless and tasty. Would recommend it.

Badri Seth's Marwari food is literally to die for.. It's truly a vegetarian food lovers paradise.. We visited Bageshwar Dham Bala ji and stayed in Khujraho and on our hotel concierge's recommendation came for dinner and lunch next day.. We had (must try) Gatte ki Sabzi, Paneer Kofta, Dum Aloo and Sahi Paneer.. I'm not exaggerating at all, but this is the best food I've ever had in life.. It's truly soul satiating.. The service of the staff makes you feel royal.. The staff is courteous and considerate towards giving you a great dinning experience. I requested Gatte ki sabzi to be made without Curd for the next day and to my surprise they honoured their commitment.. I think there's no need to say more after this.. Badri Seth's Marwari Bhoj should be on you top of bucket list if you're visiting Khujraho..

We had this place near to the hotel that we stayed at, so we dropped by for lunch.. the first thing to note was the value for money it provides, we were three families and ate our tummies full, and all for a humble price of 1124/- INR. It's an old place renovated by the next generation of owners. Coming to the food, we ordered two marwadi thalis (including dal bati churma) and it was as authentic as what you get in Jaipur. We also tried the chole bhature, the bhature were crispy and tasty, the chole had a little different taste (sort of a makhni taste) which is very different from north, but a good detour from the regular. The poori sabji had too much tomatoes in it for my taste but overall it was good. One delicacy that i only tasted here was the amrud chutney, it was an amazing concoction. A place not to miss if you are in Khajuraho.
