It's very Beautiful place.... Fully Natural Experience in this Area...
Among a very few stone quarries in India which has a scenic view resembling any European landscape. Rain water filling up the excavation pits and population of algeas make this mistaken for a glacier fed lake. However approach road is bumpy, dusty, muddy at places. Not fit for hatchbacks and low ground clearance SUVs (<200 mm). Site is difficult for elderly, not at all wheelchair friendly. Nothing around to fulfill your fooding needs. Best way is to bring your cooked food, have a picnic, take all garbages with you... It's not a picnic site so don't expect any governmental assistant regarding infrastructure.
Oddly cut mountains surround this stagnant rain water. Earlier the mountains were blasted to collect stone chips but now the remains harbour the waters. Although there is not much to see but it's quite scenic. Occasionally youths can be seen taking bath in the waters and having their evening 'khatti'. Fine enough place to hang out with friends or family. -The 'kaccha' roads were a huge turn off. It is a tough ride to make both for cars and bikes. -As such there are no parking lots or sign boards or any refreshment shops nearby. Trucks carrying loads of stone chips can be seen frequently through the way as a few factories are set up around the village. -Basically it is not a BMC specified picnic spot, hence the lack of facilities. -It is definitely not wheel chair accessible. -Should return back before it gets dark as there are no street lights and the roads are quite bumpy and twisted.
Excellent scenic beauty, good for photography. This place welcomes people by its charming beauty, the best time to go is early morning or evening while during sunrise or sunset because you can actually feel the charm.
This is a beautiful view point of hill and sunset But their atmosphere is a very dusty and noisy place, no doubt the place is amazing.
Beautiful place. Roads are not proper so it will be a bit difficult to go by scooty. Prefer to take bike or car.
Place was good, People's are very fraud and can't believable, Stay out of them. And leave this place before 4 pm
Excellent views. It's a prohibited area nowdays, so be careful while going to this place. 40kms from bbsr and very peaceful.
