Basic bedding and washroom facility with charging points available. Worth the buck you pay. Good for spending the night if your aim is to visit places in the day and come to room/dorm just sleep at night. Lockers are available but you need to bring your own lock.

This for sure is the worst hostel in Manali. Dorm rooms are conjusted and damp.. every corner of this place smells. Blankets and linen are not to be touched because they are soooooo dirty. Window doesn't open completely and there is some growth on the walls. Washrooms are horrible.. worst experience ever. They are taking backpacker's stay for granted.

THE HOST IS EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE I often travel solo so am very well aware how cool and warm hosts treat you especially at hostels unlike at this place where the host is on some 7th cloud for owning the property. I had mixed reviews about this place beforehand booking the property because i read lot of reviews complaining the host is rude but yes the reviews proved to be truthful. You travel to make good memories and for the good vibes , I would not recommend staying at this place because if someone is unnecessarily rude to you throwing shades at you it definitely will ruin your mood and the overall trip . Explore for better options.

The dorm rooms are very dirty, I was the first one to check into the dorm room but still it was not clean. There were cigarette packets beside the bed. And even bathroom seemed like it was used, it was very dirty with hair and used soap bars. As I was alone in whole hostel I transferred to private room since they won't provide refund. But even the private room was dirty, bathroom was not cleaned it had hairs in it. and the bedsheet was also dirty. As it rained it was very cold, so when I asked for heater they said all the heaters are not working. 2. They keep the water can open without closing it, I even told the host Nitin to close it but it seems they like to keep it open.

Firstly the staff was very rude We as a group of 8 went there in the end of September. We reached there in the morning but no one responded. Later, we asked them for the bonfire as it was cold on the rooftop but they refused us two days in a row. Then we had to change the hostel due to these problems as we didn't want our trip to be ruined. The dorms were not clean at all. It was all soggy and dusty. And literally no one cares about the customer experience. Main lobby washroom was broken and was not usable at all.

4 bed dorm is very small. Not suitable at all. Their cafe is good(it's located on the river side & not inside the hotel) . The location is not good. There are open drains on the way and the path is fill with latrine water.

It's a perfect place to stay for friends and couples. They have dorm and private rooms available. A comfy stay. Rooftop sitting area with great view. Food is delicious. They run a cafe nearby as well. Must try food there as well. Highly recommended.

I was bit skeptical when I had book the stay with my team turned friends because of some reviews but I experienced smoothest and warmest stay. Host and his team ensured that we are comfortable during our working time and arranged some activities post working hours for us. Hosts are so welcoming and they make you feel home, my sincere thanks goes to Vipin, Ishant, Ronak, Sachin and Nitin you guys made our stay the best experience. The memories have created with my team and BHQ staff is to cherish and I know next time when reach Manali where I am walking in to is BHQ. Once again Thank You BHQ Team for making us feel home.
