On 27th August we booked baccha party for our son SHIVEN'S 5th birthday. We are glad that we made that decision. We booked entire play area it was mega bash private party. One of the best Play Area. Staff Now coming to staff than the staff is well trained and experienced. They know how to manage kids of all age.From the moment we entered the venue until the last goodbye, everything was perfectly executed by staff members. They are full of energetic and always there for help. Venue The baccha party was really very spacious and neat. The overall ambience was really very nice and very pleasant. All in all, it was a very good experience with them and we loved it. Very Nice Venue! Food What a fantastic meal it was. The guests including us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From starter to main course everything was delicious and satisfying meal. It was not spicy or less spicy it was upto the mark. And service of starter is the best one I personally liked it as every time guest demands for started they received new and clean plate. Enjoyment side It's was blast birthday for us as from the age group of 11 months to aged one each and every single person enjoyed it so much. They all just loved the place, games and environment. We have 120 peoples and everyone was appreciated. And had lots of fun and enjoyment.
We booked Mega bash Private party in the evening slot for my son's 5th birthday, this is first time we were celebrating it so wanted it The Best. We had guests of approx. 130 people and the crowd was scattered in way that everything went so smooth. I would like to express immense gratitude towards Baccha Party Malad team for the hassle-free celebration in following words; 1) Pre-preparation / Between Booking and D-day (Positive) * Pinky with whom I was in continuous coordination was really helpful and supportive she was suggesting lot of thing on food, on decoration theme etc... So thank you Pinky for your kind and supportive behavior. 2) Food Spread (Positive) * People were really enjoying the food, specially chat counter was open from start till dinner started as per their promise it was unlimited and everyone gave me feedback on food personally. 3) Play Zone (Positive) * The play area was enjoyed by all age group including my mom. from trampoline to slides almost all games could be played by adults as well. Kids were more happy because their Mumma and Papa could also slide & jump with them. 4) Photographer * We had booked Candid Photography and that uncle who was a photographer was superb. they told me that i will receive pictures after 4-5 days but gave me in 3 days which is so nice of them. the memories that he has captured are moments to cherish for life. I am really thankful for his vast coverage of almost every guest. Birthday boy also enjoyed getting clicked and is a demo i am attaching for that photographers work. 5) Service: Food Service was really good * Staffs are really supportive and kind in nature. they were continuously checking on guests. Being a host me and my husband could not eat on time but still they were not rushing for wind up, they served both of us properly before wind up. *(Negative)* The only thing that i was upset about was the welcome Banner that i had provided to them they forgot to place it and ended up placing their basic banner as welcome board. But after so many good things i can overlook this 1 mistake from them hence gave 5* They deserve it!!! Thank you @Baccha Party Indoor Malad West for such a fabulous celebration for my boy!!!
Good place near Malad In orbit for kids also the rates are reasonable Rs.600/- for 1hr 30 mins with one parent extra person charges are Rs.150/- Please carry a pair of socks along with you for yourself and kids or else you will have to pay Rs.70/- extra for that Can also organise bday parties over there
We had booked entire venue for 5th bday celebration and we were extremely happy with the services. Place was nicely decorated and very clean. Staff is very supportive and take proper care of children. Food was very delicious specially corn cheese balls. Overall we all had a great time and would definitely recommend to everyone.
