Good thing about this hotel is that it's near to the Raipur railway station. Rooms are fine, pretty clean. They have internal hotel as well, you can get food from here if you don't wish to go out. I didn't try, so not sure how the food is.
I stayed in the hotel for office purpose for 5 days and here is my quick review. I the service related to cleanliness. I don't like the servicing related to food service specifically. During breakfast if you are sitting in a group of 4 to 5 then only they will provide a glass of water and ask for other things. I observed this thing for two days. For dinner I order soup and nobody provided it. After one hour I called them and canceled the order. Next in morning during breakfast I asked for Masala Dosa but nobody provided to me and I waited for 30 min. After 30 min I left for my meeting. Food is okay.
Elegant Ambience, Rooms stay are royal Comfortable and peaceful. Staffs are very neatly dressed and services politely and caring. Food is delicious and enormous variety. Also there is party hall suits for friends and family get to get together.

I stayed in the hotel for office purposes for 5 days and here's my quick review. The lobby is quite spacious and there are comfortable seating arrangements. There's a quick snack area in the lobby itself. There are only 2 elevators in the hotel (as far as I've observed) and the carrying capacity is 5-7 people at once. A more spacious elevator could have been better. The rooms are good, there's a TV, water heating vessel along with coffee, tea, sugar, in case you want to have hot water or tea coffee. There's a big window with a good view of the city. For storage an almirah with Godrej locker is also available, and can be beneficial to those who have some precious stuff like some alien tech. Service is good. Not much to complain about. The best part is the hotel has a lot of plants. I wonder how they manage all the plants. I'm glad to see there are no artificial plants. Food is good too. I used to have just breakfast before leaving for work. There are of course plenty of options to have in breakfast. Serials, milk, different types of breads, donuts, fruits, poha, dosa, samosa, sambar vada and much more which I am not able to remember. Overall my experience was good. But editing after my fiance's experience in the hotel. She has faced service related issues. Even I felt it a bit but neglected. She has ordered food but not served in the room and later on the room service said that they haven't received the order. She had to cancel the order because it was late. The same thing happened in the eating area, she ordered dosa, which never got served on the table. The service needs to be improved.
Today I visited to The Seasoning restaurant and I got the worst experience there staff are totally unprofessional they don't even know how to behave with guest and how to serve they will take more an 45 mins to serve ur Frist food after that they will disappear from there u will just sitting and thinking why would I have came here no one is there to solve ur issue I think ise jada professional staff to ek dhabe me mil jaate hai food is taste and quality both are worst totally waste of time and money not at all recommended everything thing was of poor quality u can even get the best taste in some road side stall in compare to there
