Good response from staffs.. Good collection both toys and dresses... i bought few toy and dresses for exact Mrp. Price but found it way cheaper on firstcry website almost 50% discount... highly disappointed about the price difference

Have decent quality new born baby products. However it would be good to have more collections. Had good service from the store staffs. PS: I bought few hand gloves for the baby that has paint printed on it which easily comes out after few washes. Also it is easily possible for the baby to keep it in mouth and swallow the paint, so I had to throw away couple of glove sets that has paint stamped on it. Company should consider avoiding using easily coming out paint stamps in their products to improve overall quality of the product.

Warm welcome by store staff's Customer service good! Staff's are very kind helping us to find a right choice. I bought a Gift set product(9152411) mrp Rs.1545 net amount. I have checked same product in firstcry which is less than Rs.1100 after i checked from Babyhug official site price is Rs.1211. Also received a manual bill not system generated, bit unhappy with billing procedures & Rate transparency.
