Worst experience ever. Travelled between Kota to Lucknow. First they deny to take luggage and then told me that they have no space in bus for luggage. Toilet not available in bus. seats not comfortable. Please don't book bus from Babu travels. They charged Rs3100/- from Kota to Lucknow.
Very nice experience, totally unexpected
They changed plan at the time of journey. Got call that seating tickets will be cancelled as only sleeper bus is planned while I had booked the seating ticket before 2 days. At the same time they demanded extra charge which I had to pay.

I journeyed with a Babu travel from Indore to Dausa. Although the agreed drop-off was Collector Square, Dausa but they left us on the Mumbai-Delhi Expressway at 6 am, which is 8 km from the intended location. This posed a challenge as there was no available transportation to reach Dausa city, and it was particularly inconvenient as I was traveling with my wife and a 2-year-old child.
Charged for AC seat and they provided seat where there was no cooling... Moreover worst staff ..they don't pick ur call ..or if they pick they cut even without listening to us I would never recommend anyone to opt for this travel agency They act like they are the kings and we are at there mercy
