Doctor was really good but the front office staff are really worst. They asked us to wait for ten minutes and no response even after 2hours. When asked them told us to come tomorrow. No answer when we asked why did they kept us waiting? We have called doctor personally and took appointment. Even then they are informing doctor that we are not there. Very rude. There was a patient came as urgent with stomach pain and gave details to front office. Nurse shouting at her saying when you have stomach pain from morning, why they came in afternoon and asked them to come tomorrow as they exceeded 20 tokens. Very rude staff.
When I went for getting injected in injection room, staff there are happily gossiping and preparing garlands of jasmine on patient bed. Such a homely ambience for nurses there. But i doubt the same for patients. I felt unprofessionalism mostly in the staff. Hospital management needs to train them to have professionalism first.
This is the worst hospital which I admitted my wife for delivery... Staff will not responded at all and no one will care if you die also. And they are very keen on money and will not care about your feeling. Staff will write anything on their own in your records. When i went to ask they are not seeing at all after you paid full bill. I will not prefer anyone to go for this hospital. It's not deserves at least one rating.
Worst experience.. I have called (around 1:10 PM) to get an appointment and over the call the receptionist advised to walk-in directly and said it may take 1-2 hours for the doctor's consultation based on the queue. And when we reached the place (2:00 - 2:30 PM) for doctor's consultation, Receptionist said there are people waiting over there from morning and it may even 5-6 PM in evening for doctor's appointment. When I have asked why am advised to walk-in directly without an appointment if the people are waiting from morning. Answer is - YOU HAVE TO WAIT. THAT'S IT. IF YOU CAN WAIT.. WAIT OR GO AWAY.. (Receptionist behaviour is the worst). Finally we have return back without consulting doctor.
