Amazing place to spend your time in south goa, this place has very big and spacious rooms along with attached balconies which really helps with the cross ventilation. The caretaker is a gem Mr. Valerio. He helped us get a rental car and also guided us to the nearby places. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and it will be my first choice the next time I visit goa too.
Average hotel only for stay. They don't have their own kitchen to provide food at their own end. You have to pick, dine or order food from a nearby restaurant. One thing is good that I felt calm at this location. No outside noises like transport n others. Walking distance from majorda beach. Staff behaviour is good and they will help you in any manner.
The room was not clean it was dusty. Check the room before paying. There are no hotels near by for breakfast or lunch, need to walk atleast a kilometre looking for a hotel. You will not find any taxi service near by, if you have your own vehicle then it's fine or else it will be really difficult.
Really good lodge with decent price, that too on Dec 30th. Its located near by Colva beach (Just 5 kms) which is main place with all amenities like bar, restaurant,beaches..Worth staying for family with decent surroundings..
I stayed with my family at Babiz Inn for a day apparently we had come for a photoshoot . Rooms are spacious and very well maintained in regards to cleanliness and hygiene. Ambiance in the rooms is nice . Nice parking lot!The staff here is very coordial and prompt . I would like to see much more variety to the menu in the breakfast . Otherwise great place to stay and if u are stressed out after the beach actions don't forget to have special adarak tea prepared by Mr Nelson.

Had a lovely stay at babiz inn. The rooms r clean. The bathrooms r clean. Fresh linen. Affordable place. They even have parking. Mr. Velario was very sweet and helpful. Had some lovely breakfast and we're given a choice of Omlette and bread or puri bhaji. Must stay here if cleanliness is what ur looking for. And very close to zeebop a popular wedding venue in Goa.
