Had very bad experience. The person collecting blood sample does not have skill to handle child of 4 years. She used a large needle and unable to locate the vein. She was rotating the needle profusely trying to locate the vein. Large needle and profuse rotation inflicted lot of pain. Asked if a smaller needle can be used and responded rudely that this is the smallest needle. From the tone, she meant to imply "Don't talk, we work here, not you". All this time child was crying and blood oozing out. Finally, I call it off. They wanted to try out the other arm again and I objected. I was told by Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune earlier that child case need be handled by skilled person and before visiting Today, I have called and asked them if there is skilled person for handling the child sample collection and they directed me to this center. Then, we went for refund. They were reluctant initially and later refunded after deducting Rs 30 . The reason for deduction were all the paperwork processing has completed and hence, the deduction.

This centre is the most neat and clean diagnostic centre in the State Manipur as well as in the seven northeastern states of India. When a patient of Manipur wants to get a precise results of his illness, he or she went here for the clinical test. Everyone in Manipur have a firm confidence that the results produces from here will be surely correct in there minds. The employees do their job neatly, tenderly, with melodious sounds of requesting the patients costumers with a well guard self own discipline. Cost of every diagnostic test are good though they maintain a little high. I personally love to visit Babina Diagnostics for my medical tests, the place is well-maintained - clean & tidy. The staffs are friendly & disciplined. The best part is that we can get our test results from its website or from any other branches without the need to travel to and fro. But, sometimes even for a simple test, it would be overpriced and not all people could afford & they would think that it's better to run the test somewhere else cheaper, they don't prefer Babina diagnostic just for the high price. For me, it was necessary to take test from Babina only because I had to visit several hospitals outside Manipur, & they only accepted test results from Babina Diagnostic so, I spent a lot while running my test only, which is slightly unfortunate since I had a costly expenditure in my treatment. Other than that I am happy and satisfied with the service, the cleanliness and the friendly staffs.
