The place is located on the first floor and easy to find. The taste is nice but not consistent. I've been here 2-3 times but every time I felt the difference in taste. They provide a thick gravy with the Biryani, it tastes good. Only issue with the chicken pieces. They don't cook it well. Feels like boiled chicken sometimes. Otherwise, the price is reasonable and tastes good.
If you are good at making non veg don't make veg. I ordered paneer biryani and got chicken pieces in it. They use same rice for both veg and non veg. Veg people stay away. My sincere advice.
