[2/2] In continuation to the owner's reply to my review below - This lady really needs to learn basic etiquettes , communication skills and also memory retention!! Firstly on the personalization - if you have posted any picture on your Instagram and if the customer orders the exact same design (by not changing any bit of it), it is by no means called "personalisation". Seems you are charging everyone for 50% advance in the name of your wrong understanding of the word "personalisation." Also, by this picture any person would clearly think it is a chocolate cake and not a butterscotch cake. The moment I wanted to place an order, the price hiked from Rs500 to Rs700 in the name of flavor. That's some good business tactic there!! I will give this to you!! Secondly - I would like to recall the statement that you made "I am waiting for your friend to confirm the address to me and then I can send the delivery guy" per this statement isn't it clear enough that you never sent the delivery guy since you were coordinating for the address. Either you were lying then or trying to cover up your filthy act and bad product here! Your delivery guy left only after the address was duly confirmed to you in the evening. So, come up with a better point next time, because I am not gonna accept this nonsense excuse! Further, while speaking to someone pls keep your ears open or atleast be mindful enough to choose true statements before quoting someone! Just for the sake of bouncing back on the review, you got no right to quote my friend falsely here! Get your facts straight and your ears open!! Lastly, wouldn't it be better if you work on your services, product and customer engagement rather than winning arguments by using false accusations!! [1/2] Worst experience ever. I ordered a one pound cake for which the lady earlier mentioned Rs550 (as shown in her Instagram account) and then suddenly changed it to Rs700 once she understood I was wanting to order (since that's the only option left in ladnun). The day I ordered the cake the lady asked for 50% advance right away. Pretty much shows the only concern of the owner is minting money. The 700 bucks is a complete hole in your pocket since the taste is nothing like a cake (especially a chocolate cake if we must say). The value for my money got to 0. The ferro rocher was not even peeled off, the message was written by a school kid it seems. And then she claims it was personalised. I ordered the same cake as she put up in her Instagram account, don't know how that's called personalisation! Also, the lady lacks some basic etiquettes for asking the rest of the amount from the person for whom the cake was ordered. She covers up this filthy act in the name of a misunderstanding. She started talking rudely to my friend and her exact words were "mujhe bas mere paiso se matlab hai, aap mujhe mere paise dedo" I clearly mentioned to her that I would be traveling and would settle her bill once I come to network area, but seems she doesn't have enough patience even after receiving the 50% advance. If you can't trust your customers, and indulge in rudeness and such filthy acts, god help your business. PS- high chances this review will be deleted since she has already deleted the comment posted by my friend, who wrote genuine review about the taste. Clearly shows, she can't take feedbacks and is not interested in customer relationship but only money!

The place imitates peace and serenity. As you enter you feel happy! It was my friends b'day and we celebrated there. Being a non-vegetarian I LOVED the food!! I ain't kidding, us non vegetarians hardly eat veg and the taste they have in their food is just amazing! Everytime i feel like trying a veg cuisine this place is my go to, now! Oh, and their cakes are sooo yummy and melts into your mouth. They are so soft and has the right amount of sweetness. You must visit this cafe. Do not fall for the bad reviews, you can never know the worth of a diamond unless u try one!

I visited the cafe to celebrate my anniversary, i invited few of my friends. We ended up ordering alot of food.There was cake, for starters we ordered fries, cold coffee, mocktails, cheese garlic bread, burgers, nuggets and many more items that i don't even remember what were they. Anyways, all i know is whatever i have eaten that night was tummy filling. I am a foodie and i love food more than anything, and as soon as i had a bite of the cake we ordered, my oh my, it melted in my mouth. We all finished the cake within a min or so, since it eas so creamy and soft. We ate the cake as a dessert and i kid u not, i wanted to order another one but my belly was so full i didn't. However, i DID buy one the next day, i loved their cake so much!! The staffs are so polite and friendly, they made the ambience romantic, since it was our wedding anniversary. The moods lightens anyway when u sit there w ur friends to chill. Its a perfect place to hangout w ur friends, family as well as ur partner! The part about the cafe i loved the most is their ambience, it is the perfect. You can sit here alone and not feel lonely. It is lovely and one should visit this place to try their cakes especially

The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing - everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Ladnun. Highly recommend!

Well basis my experience even 1 star is too high a rating. My friend ordered a cake for me and as I wasn't back home, I said that I won't be able to receive the order when communicated by the owner. The owner replies "Mujhe nhi pata. Order kiya hua hai aur aapka number diya hua hai so lena to padega. Mujhe mere paise chahiye." I was infuriated by such a rude statement completely uncalled for and responded: "Aapko paise chahiye, woh mil jaayenge aur cake bhi aap hi rakh lo" Later in the evening I received the cake and it shouted disappointment. On a scale of 1-5: TASTE: 1 APPEARANCE: 1 BEHAVIOUR: NEGATIVE 5 Things didn't end here as the owner took the conversation to a different tangent by trying to create friction and induce bitterness between two friends that too on my Birthday. I really have no personal grudge but it really breaks my heart to have experienced something like this from a store I had high hopes from.
