Its just a stay ! They charge u heavily for ur stay ! They do not issue gst registered receipt ! Mgmt people are very rude and do not give discount even if u stay for a week ! Confirm everything on the number of people / price per day b4 u decide. Cleanlinessis ok but need to chase housekeeping and they do work for few hours to complete cleaning ! As promised by mgmt there is no cleaning on everyday basis ! If u take a brk for few days then keep the luggage in their room,they charge u. This part I have upfront confirmed and communicated but was not ready to waive charges ! Sorry to share that this apartment's owner is a big shot guy in tamilnadu ! People wanna come stay and enjoy for at a nominal rate with necessary amenities ! But it seems to be a different exp ! Last but not the least ! Prefer home stay but make sure stay is comfortable in terms of ur budget and amenities ! I would not recommend baba homes to anyone in future !

This place is located in RS Puram. This is a four serviced apartment and each floor has 2 apartments with 3 rooms and attached bathrooms. Bathrooms are not maintained properly. I am giving 3 star as the quality of bathrooms can be better.

Pros: 1. Each apartment is rented out for a day rent basis which contains 3 AC rooms with attached bathrooms and a kitchen. Each floor has 2 such appartments with a total of 4 floors except ground floor for parking and office. Really convenient for arrangement of stay for family functions as relatives can stay together. 2. Located in the heart of the city, convenient to go to places for visit. 3. Bathrooms have heater for hot water. 4. There is an almirah in each room to store your belongings. 5. Each room key can be handed over to each family/ person staying and there is a separate key to lock each apartment. Cons are: 1. Parking space which can be a little combursome if each family comes by each of their cars. 2. Some rooms doesn't have fans in working condition which can be a problem if you want just the wind from fan. Otherwise AC is full time working. 3. Elevator doesn't work at times due to power cut.

Spacious rooms with attached bathrooms. Well maintained, each apartment has 3 furnished rooms with attached bathrooms along with a dining / kitchen area and a common bath. Also has a furnished living room and all rooms with good linen / pillows / beds as well as a comfortable wardrobe cabinet. Good location with parking facility also.

No service only accomodation .....no hygiene .....not maintained well....no hot water ..gyser not working ...even after complaint no one to look into .....bed spreads are dirty .....not cleanly maintained

Clean and big rooms. Some small problems like kick of bathroom and towel need to be changed regularly. Service is good .nice cooling in AC. comfortable sofas in hall. Can accodate at least 3 family esaily. Electric kettle plates and spoon provided as it service apartment.

I had very bad experience.. Management people are irresponsible and rude behavior. Wi-fi not working No cleaning in room, only twice they cleaned the room for my 17 days of stay. You have to beg for any room service.

Very much comfortable and affordable service apartment with all required modern facilities in Coimbatore RS Puram area for pleasent stay. Very prompt staff for booking and extending courteous service to guests. Having adequate parking, lift facilities and stand by generator set. Well furnished 3 bed rooms(Air conditioned) in each flat to accommodate 6 persons comfortably. Bathroom is fitted gyser. Having a fully furnished drawing room, dining with kitchenette in each flat. Usage of kitchen is restricted to certain types of guests on long stay only. Cost is very much reasonable compare to many hotels in the area. In but shell it is a home away from your home...
