The hotel staff and team are wonderful and caring. The rooms are neat, clean and a good size. As a westerner, the place has everything you'd need for a short or long stay. They really looked after me as if we had been best friends / family for years. I won't forget the love and caring I received here, it really touched my heart, and it will bring me back, I have little doubt about that.

I had the pleasure of staying at Baba Benison Resort and Restaurant recently, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly attending to any request, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. The resort itself is a tranquil oasis, nestled in a picturesque location. The rooms were not only beautifully appointed but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was clear that the management takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Very good food as like home..... excellent hospitality..... always keep smile on their faces......must suggest to visit

The hotel is located near the famous neeb karori baba ashram. The host and staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff members will go beyond the norm to ensure all the requests from the guests are taken into consideration to give them the best experience. I would highly recommend this place to people visiting Kainchi Dham.

The behaviour of mr Tiwari is not good, he has increased the rates, but did not increase the fascilities, he is taking advantage owing to proximity to Maharaj jis aashram

Worst of the worst one can imagine experience. 1st double bedroom gets only 1 towel to share. 2nd. TV wasn't working, there were 7 remotes kept in drawer, none working. 3rd. Toilet was in dirty condition, pots Uncleaned. 4th. Kettle not provided. 5th. Bedsheets & pillows had Dirty stains, unwashed & filthy. 6th. Non suitable for families as management presence & involvement is missing completely. They allot rooms to rowdy bachelor's who like screaming n howling for reasons known to them. I wonder if they've come for Darshan or hooliganism? 7th. Breakfast is only available after 0900 am as they clean their hotel n kitchen before. So even team Toast isn't available. Preferably carry your own kettle. 8th. Window curtains are see through. 9th. A young boy was very helpful n kind to help, but others least bothered nor interested. Food rates quite exhorbitant. V v v bad experience and will never ever choose our stay there.

The hotel was very neat and clean and some of the rooms are newly furnished. The toilet was very neat and tidy. The hotel has its own restaurant and has a wide variety of menu including chinese and north indian. It also serves room service. The owner and staff of the hotel were very kind and welcoming.

it was a nice stay , we reached there early , and they provided rooms 2 hr before checkin time . food was also nice similar to homefood . the distance to the temple was around 500m but if u follow shortcut it was about 5 min distance.overall it was nice meeting baba neev karori ji .
