Dear Madam Good evening I have drafted my experience with you. I feel it is too long. If you want to delete anything, please go ahead. I had some skin allergy in March 2020. I was new to Coimbatore. When I was looking for a Dermatologist, my neighbour Mr. Sampathraj who had been in US for more than 25years and settled in Saravanampatti, suggested - Nesam Clinic, saying that he had a good experience in treating his skin allergy. This is how I came to know Dr. Abirami. When I went to her, she diagnosed my allergy as 'Phytophotodermatitis' and prescribed medicine. She advised me to stop going to garden. Within four days of treatment I was better. After two weeks of treatment, she directed me to withdraw the medicine slowly by reducing the dose. I stopped medine completely within a month. I was fine. Because I didn't develop any allergy I started plugging jasmine or rose.I thought I am ok moderately. In June 2021, when plugged 'arali flower' and murungai leaves' I developed same kind of skin allergy again. I had an online consultation with her through 'Telemedicine' because of lockdown during Corana Pandemic. This time she diagnosed the same but gave me a different combination of medicine. This time improvement was quicker than my previous ailment. I felt as if the medicine is playing in my body. I never felt any drowsiness or side effects. Today it is November 7 , 2023,till date I am fine and did not visist her fir consultation With my little knowledge in science, I feel Dr. Abirami is good in diagnosis and prescribing medicine. She must be keen in updating her knowledge with recent advances in her field and implementing the same. I wish her to reach greater heights in her Profession. Posting on my wife's behalf because she had to go through worst experience with this clinic.'One of the worst clinic experience I faced ever. I properly booked appointment for skin treatment and reached hospital at the exact time the appointment was fixed. But they made me wait for more than 90 min. They made me pay for the procedure prior and refused to refund the amount when I asked after 1 hour of waiting time. The 3 ladies in first floor reception behaved very rude and arrogant. After 90 min of waiting time they started the procedure and I'm completely dissatisfied with the results. Will never visit this place again.'

It's great to join B16 clinic....they take good care of patients. I came for acne treatment, I had lot of acne. After 1st sitting I could see a drastic change and I am confident that it will be cured completely. May costly but worth it. Thanks for this change
We visited the B16clinic on 27th July 2023 for Moms consultation, she has varicose problem with pigmentation, we had consulted many doctors, but it was not resolved.
